In Malaysia werden die Finalrunden ausgetragen, und das Team wird den Irak weiterhin in diesem angesehenen internationalen Turnier vertreten.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';font-size: 18px\"><strong>Das Team beteiligte sich an den ersten Wettbewerben in englischer Sprache und trat in \u00f6ffentlichen Auseinandersetzungen gegen Teams aus China, Indien und Sri Lanka an, bei denen die Studierenden au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche rechtliche und analytische F\u00e4higkeiten im Bereich der internationalen Handelsschiedsgerichtsbarkeit demonstrierten.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';font-size: 18px\"><strong>Teamweg im Wettstreit:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';font-size: 18px\"><strong>1-Am (15.2.2025) die Universit\u00e4t von Bagdad (Beschwerdegegner) vor der Peking University \u2013 China.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';font-size: 18px\"><strong>2-Am (16.2.2025) die Universit\u00e4t von Bagdad (Schiedsrichter) vor der Himachal Pradesh National University of Law &#8211; Indien.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';font-size: 18px\"><strong>3- Am (17.2.2025) die Universit\u00e4t von Bagdad (Schiedsrichter) vor dem Asia-Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT) &#8211; Sri Lanka.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';font-size: 18px\"><strong>4-Am (18.2.2025) die Universit\u00e4t Bagdad (Beklagter) vor der Ostchinesischen Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Politikwissenschaft und Recht \u2013 China<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New
