{"id":185,"date":"2025-01-21T11:35:18","date_gmt":"2025-01-21T11:35:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/de.colaw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=185"},"modified":"2025-01-21T11:35:18","modified_gmt":"2025-01-21T11:35:18","slug":"auswirkung-des-gesetzes-auf-die-irakische-politik-im-allgemeinen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/de.colaw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=185","title":{"rendered":"Auswirkung des Gesetzes auf die irakische Politik im Allgemeinen"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>Kazem Abdullah Hussein Al-Shammari, Dozent in der Abteilung f\u00fcr Strafrecht an unserer Hochschule, nahm an dem Ausschuss zur Entwicklung eines Gesetzentwurfs zur \u00c4nderung des Strafgesetzbuches teil, wie aus einem Schreiben der Pr\u00e4sidentschaft des Ministerrats hervorgeht.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>Als Mitglieder des Industriebeirats nahmen der Dekan der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Rechtswissenschaft (Prof. Ali Hadi Attia), der wissenschaftliche Assistent (Prof. Dr. Jalil Hassan Bachat) und Dr. (Prof. Dr. Taghreed Muhammad Qaddouri), Leiter der Abteilung \u00f6ffentliches Recht, teil.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>(Prof. Dr. Saba Noman Rashid) und Dr. (Prof. Dr. Rasha Muhammad Jaafar), Lehrkr\u00e4fte in der Abteilung f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliches Recht an unserer Hochschule, waren an der Erstellung des Rechtsgutachtens zum Gesetzentwurf \u00fcber Universit\u00e4tskliniken beteiligt.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>(Prof. Dr. Ban Salah Abdel Qader), der Dozent f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliches Recht an unserer Hochschule, beteiligte sich an einer Stellungnahme zu einem Rechtsgutachten \u00fcber bilaterale Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen zwischen dem Irak und arabischen sowie ausl\u00e4ndischen L\u00e4ndern.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>(Prof. Taghreed Mohammed Qaddouri), Abteilungsleiterin f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliches Recht, war an der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des ersten Berichts des Programms zur Nachverfolgung von Prozessen in gro\u00dfen Korruptionsf\u00e4llen im Rahmen der Antikorruptionsinitiative sowie des Berichts \u00fcber Handelsschiedsverfahren des Entwicklungsprogramms der Vereinten Nationen beteiligt.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>Am Donnerstag, dem 30. Mai 2024, nahm der Dekan der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Rechtswissenschaft (Prof. Ali Hadi Attia) sowie Dr. (Prof. Maha Bahjat Younis), Dozentin f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliches Recht an unserer Hochschule f\u00fcr Rechtswissenschaft, an einer Dialogsitzung teil, die vom Repr\u00e4sentantenhaus in Zusammenarbeit mit der europ\u00e4ischen Stiftung f\u00fcr Dialog und Entwicklung organisiert wurde.<\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 18px\">Die Sitzung trug den Titel \u201eDimensionen des Verfassungsrechts und<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 18px\"> der\u00a0<strong><strong><strong>Verfassungspolitik\u00a0<\/strong>f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4ambel der irakischen Verfassung sowie die darin enthaltenen Grundprinzipien und die Regeln f\u00fcr ihre \u00c4nderung\u201c.<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>Dr. Mustafa Salem Abd, der Leiter der Abteilung f\u00fcr V\u00f6lkerrecht an unserer Hochschule, nahm am 26.12.2024 an einer Sitzung des Ausschusses teil, die sich mit der Entwicklung von Mechanismen und Kontrollen f\u00fcr das Rehabilitationsprogramm zur Problematik der Fl\u00fcsse im Irak in Zusammenarbeit mit den Nachbarl\u00e4ndern befasste. Bei dieser Sitzung wurde der Entwurf des Rehabilitationsprogramms in seiner endg\u00fcltigen Form diskutiert und fand am Sitz des Ministeriums f\u00fcr Wasserressourcen statt.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0\u00d6ffentliche Politikwissenschaftliche Forschung Masterarbeiten und
